Batchis Nestle & Reimann Welcomes Sipi Gupta
as Trust and Estate Counsel
Bala Cynwyd, PA, November 16, 2015 – We announce with great pleasure that Sipi S. Gupta, Esq. has joined Batchis Nestle & Reimann LLC as Trust and Estate Counsel to the Special Education Law Group. Sipi can be reached at 215-650-7017 or at Sipi@SpecialEdLawGroup.com.
Jennifer Nestle, Leah Snyder Batchis, and Nicole Reimann founded the Firm to represent clients in special education law and civil rights litigation. With the addition of Sipi to our legal team the Firm expands its practice areas for individuals and their families to include Estate Planning, Wills, Health Insurance (such as Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, & VA Health Benefits), and Trusts & Trust Administration.
Sipi is highly experienced and extremely well regarded as a Special Needs, Health Care, and Trust and Estate attorney—both for her in-depth knowledge of the complicated and complex issues involved for individuals with disabilities and for her compassionate attention to the unique considerations and goals of her clients. Sipi’s practice, which includes Special Needs Planning, fiduciary aspects of Guardianship, and Litigation Settlements for minors and incapacitated persons, permits the Firm to continue to offer critical legal services to the Firm’s special education clients.
Sipi has practiced in the Greater Philadelphia Area since 2007, most recently at a well-respected estate planning firm in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Sipi has also devoted herself to the community throughout her legal career. Sipi began her legal career as a fellow at the statewide Pennsylvania Health Law Project, representing lower-income individuals challenged by the legal, administrative, and financial hurdles to obtaining public health care and services. Before that, she assisted lower-income tenants living in public and subsidized housing at the Subsidized Housing Unit of Community Legal Services.
Attorneys Batchis, Nestle & Reimann have successfully represented children and their parents in the Philadelphia area and across Pennsylvania. The Firm routinely obtains significant benefits for clients, including tuition reimbursement, compensatory education, ESY and District funded IEEs. With our educational advocate, Courtney Donovan, we are resolution-oriented and work to make school successful for your child.
We stand ready, as always, to advocate for your children and loved ones with special needs. We are also delighted to speak with organizations – large or small—on securing a child’s education rights and estate planning and health care including special considerations for individuals with disabilities.
