Jessi is a terrific lawyer. She brings her legal training and experience in advocating for others in her previous positions to her advocacy and legal research. She provides invaluable research and logistical support at all phases of the firm’s representation of parents and children. Jessi is a 2010 graduate of Rutgers-Camden School of Law. She is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania.

Ever since childhood, Jessi had the dream of becoming a lawyer and had planned to pursue her goal upon graduating from Immaculata University in 2004 with a BA in Business Administration and a Minor in Finance.

While working on her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology with School Psychology certification, Jessi was recruited by Rutgers School of Law-Camden to participate in a Law School Pilot Program. Jessi began law school in 2007, where she was a volunteer for the Rutgers Street Law Pro Bono Project and was also an Associate Notes Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.

During law school Jessi interned in the Rutgers-Camden Civil Practice Clinic and the Advanced Civil Practice Clinic. Jessi represented her client as a volunteer at the Civil Practice and prevailed in the Chancery Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. Jessi also externed for Justice James J. Fitzgerald, III of the PA Superior Court, where she drafted circulars and opinions, in addition to researching law. She then interned for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office in both district and municipal courts.

After graduating from law school, Jessi worked as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Kevin Kelly of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, where she focused on legal research and writing. Additionally, Jessi worked for the Defenders Association of Philadelphia, where she was recognized for her research on a national publication regarding juvenile justice issues.

Jessi joined the firm as a law clerk in 2015, and is now an associate attorney with the firm.
