Children's Civil Rights - Exclusion, Discrimination, Abuse

We represent children and families in a variety of matters related to children's rights.  We have successfully represented children who have been excluded or discriminated against because of their special needs.  We have successfully represented children who have been abused or injured.  We have also successfully represented children who have been bullied at school.

We represent disabled adults and children under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) and other federal, state and local laws prohibiting discrimination against persons with disabilities.
